We are family owned, family farmed and take pride in creating Macadamia products we hope you will enjoy.
All orders will be processed and shipped via Australia Post within 5 working days.
Tracking is noted, and delivery time will depend on order destination.
Customers will be advised within 2 business days if items you have ordered, are unavailable. Or if there will be a delay in processing your order.
We thank you for your purchase and trust it meets or exceeds your expectations.
However, if for some reason they are unacceptable quality, or damaged, you may return to us, for a full refund.
Unfortunately we can not accept returned products, if you have simply changed your mind.
Every care is taken to ensure they reach you in good condition.
If there is an issue with transit, please take photos on arrival.
All returns must be postmarked fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
All returned items must be in new condition, and similar weight to dispatch.
With all original packaging included.
To return an item, please email email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
After receiving RAN, place item securely in its original packaging, with Order Confirmation Number. Then mail your return to the following address.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow (7) days from receipt. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
