Layer 1 Ingredients:
1 large banana7 strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
3 Tbsp Greek or coconut yoghurt
1 cup soy milk
2 Tbsp honey

1. Blend & Layer: Blend Layer 1 ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour a small amount into popsicle molds.2. Add Yogurt & Crumble: Spoon a layer of yogurt, then sprinkle JOY crumble, pressing it in slightly to help the popsicles hold together.
3. Repeat & Freeze: Continue layering until the molds are full, ending with a JOY crumb layer on top. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
4. Final Touch: Once frozen, dip the top inch of each popsicle in yogurt and sprinkle with more JOY crumb for an extra crunch.
