Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
As we sell food and skincare items, we are unable to restock or resell products once they have been dispatched.
We’re a small, family-run business and take a lot of care in what we produce. We genuinely want you to have a great experience, so if something isn’t right, please reach out and we’ll sort it.
If your order:
- arrives damaged
- is incorrect
- or there is a quality issue
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@gondwanamacadamias.com.au.
We may request photos to help assess the issue and will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
