Great on grilled fish!

This crumb is great on grilled fish, but I also love it on my eggs!!

Oooooh, I love this on my salmon and fish. This crumb gives a nice crunch to your salmon and packs a punch with fish. The flavours hang around in your mouth long after you've swallowed leaving you loading up the fork ready for more.
The aroma from the nuts, lemon grass and salt is absolutely beautiful.
I will be trying Gondwana Macadamia's other crumbs as I have heard they are really great.
